Song of Solomon - Chapter 1

Solomon’s most beautiful love song, more wonderful than any other.

Oh, let us kiss passionately with lips, mouths and tongues! For your lovemaking is always more intoxicating than wine.

Your name arouses my senses. And the fragrance from your manly body is even more stimulating; No wonder the young virgins adore you!

  Take me, my king; Please hurry! Lead me into your bedroom chambers.  We will celebrate with joy, and never forget the sensuous bliss together, drinking deeply, and losing ourselves in love.  No wonder the virgins are all in love with you!

Look at my body. Yes, my feminine skin is black and beautiful, not like other women.  My body is wild like Kedar desert tents and delicate like Solomon’s flowing silk tapestry.

I want you to enjoy the sight of my body, but not because my skin is so darkened by the sun.  My brothers mistreated me and made me work out in the sun to tend the vineyards, so I have not kept up the vineyard of a soft feminine appearance.

Please tell me, my soul mate and lover, where do you graze your flock? Where does your flock lie down at noon? Tell me, because I desire to meet you there and lay with you as well, and I don’t want to wander like a prostitute soliciting herdsmen.

You are the most beautiful of women. If you lose sight of me,  follow the tracks of the sheep and I’ll have your young lambs cared for by the shepherds.

My beloved, I am more aroused by you than the stallions of Pharaoh’s chariots are aroused by a female mare in heat.

Your cheeks and your neck are beautiful - your jewelry sets them afire;

And I delight in enhancing your beauty with golden and silver body jewelry.

My king, come and I will spread my intimate banquet between my legs for you.  My vaginal perfume is already giving forth a  seductive fragrance.

I will engulf my beloved's package between my breasts, stimulating his fragrant myrrh into the night.

Yes, his myrrh is like the gushing fountain of En-Gedi, the spray of water mingled with the sweet fragrance of blooming flowers.

And when we make eye contact as you embrace my erect member between your breasts, your passionate eyes are soft like doves in flight, my lady!  It is a beautiful site to behold, my beloved!

  Oh, how handsome you are, my lover!  A pleasure to behold and more.  Yes, let’s make the lush grass our passion bed;

  The trees will be the beams and the leaves the canopy for our outdoor tryst.
